- Laser scanning surveys to allow developing of a detailed design along EKE, GBK and LFS routes as the selected locations.
- 35 structures (overbridges and underbridges) along EKE, GBK and LFS routes in Glasgow, East Kilbride platform and parking lot
- Registered and classified point clouds in POD format (OSGB36 and SnakeGrid)
Methodology:
- 8 – 10 B&W targets for point cloud registration
- Resection to observe B&W targets
- Calculation of B&W targets’ coordinates (OSGB36 & SnakeGrid)
- Point cloud registration (OSGB36 & SnakeGrid) in Leica Cyclone & Register 360
Point Classification (SnakeGrid) in Terrasolid TerraScan
Deliverables:
- Registered point clouds in OSGB36
- Registered and classified point clouds in SnakeGrid
