The Project:
Topographic Survey: A Land Registry project involving the expertise of a Planning Consultant. A Topographic survey of a parcel of land was required that included three fields and an adjacent road.
Since the ground was very uneven, we were advised to include contours to show the level changes.
After the land was sold, the new owners contacted us again to survey the remaining areas of the site which consisted of the house, outbuildings, and surrounding land as well as a further area of road.
We used the latest Robotic Total Station due to its EDM range (3,000 m to single prism), Angle display & Distance accuracy; that gave the client an accurate picture of the Survey.
